It was one of best customer services when it was HIN. After the company was evolved to HSS, it became the worst.

During wildflower season, this park has one of the most spectacular and diverse collections of wildflowers in the world. Habitats vary from Coastal sand plain up to laterite plateaus, from creeks to cave systems. A must see" for tourists in August to November."

Do not trust dcp, if you just suffer from autism and mental health issues don’t go through them, see a psychologist. I went through hell for two months being treated disrespectfully, bullied into doing things that made me feel uncomfortable while pregnant. Not only did they make my life miserable but they made my son experience heightened anxiety and stress. Lack of empathy and understanding for the disabled they treat people inhumanly, and like I’m a criminal when I did nothing wrong. Just cause someone is disabled doesn’t mean you should treat them like they’re terrible people. I tackle a lot in my life and I definitely didn’t need a bunch of unexperienced, uneducated people to make my pregnancy hell. My pregnancy could of been a beautiful experience but instead of helping me, they told me they don’t care about me but my son. In order to care for my son treat a pregnant woman appropriately. One lady was helpful though, the boss on the other hand is absolute callous. Friendly but callous. I don’t thank all of them and I definitely don’t thank Armadale hospital in convincing me they are the best option for help.

Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
I allowed my registration to lapse as I wasn't sure how long I'd be working overseas. When I returned, they took TWELVE WEEKS to re-register me! All my details were already in their system. By the time it came through the year was nearly finished but of course I still had to pay the yearly fee. I've been working in London where it took only four weeks to get registered, and I'm a new citizen there! Plus, the only reason it took that long there was due to a delay with my AFP clearance... this organisation needs a serious auditing.

I order in mushrooms and it comes with papers and they keep billing me for inspection. I think this is their way of making money. You're killing small businesses trying to make it in a trying time! Stop it

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experiences I had while applying for an NDIS check at your office. The level of customer service and unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff members have left me extremely upset and dissatisfied. When I initially contacted your customer service department to explain my situation and request an alternative lodgement for my application, the attendant refused to listen and rejected my request without consideration. Despite explaining the circumstances surrounding a student placement and the need for flexibility, my genuine needs were disregarded.During my visit to the DoT Mirrabooka office on June 2nd, 2023, I arrived at 3:16 pm, well before the office closing time of 4:30 pm, which provided ample time to complete the necessary paperwork. However, I encountered yet another incident of poor customer service. The staff member responsible for distributing counter numbers at the front counter displayed rudeness and a lack of respect towards customers, including myself. This unwelcoming attitude and discourteous behavior further contributed to my growing dissatisfaction.Furthermore, when my turn finally came at counter 2 around 4 pm to 4:10 pm, I faced an incredibly disrespectful staff member. After pointing out a minor mistake in my application, I politely informed her that I could correct it quickly using my phone. Despite explaining the urgency and importance of completing the process that day, she callously dismissed my concerns and stated that she would only serve me if she gets the time to." This response demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards my situation. Later
