My mum is in front with rent n water n she fulled out the form to get it back n they said 5 to 14 working days it will be back in bank but we still waiting for it back when it's been all most a month now n she asked the acomadition manager n she said she sign it n sent it off to head office n she said they the one put it in it bank account n my mum asked her this all most 3 weeks ago..this is not right..how long does it take..it's never took this long before
